Learning communities

Start getting connected in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition (FSHN) through a learning community. Whether you’re an incoming freshman, transferring from another school, or switching your major, the learning communities will help you meet new people, plan for your future, and make meaningful connections with your peers and faculty.

Both groups are led by upperclassmen currently enrolled in an FSHN program. These peer mentors will plan social activities as well as answer any questions you may have.

Apply to become a Peer Mentor during the 2018-2019 school year. Application deadline is February 1, 2018.
