Apply by November 1 for the 2021 CELT Winter Course Design Institute, January 4-13

Do you teach large enrollment courses (50+ students) and want to learn more about building community, effective assessment, active learning techniques, and course design? Apply now for the CELT Winter Course Design Institute (CDI) 2021. The CDI is an online interactive, hands-on, and collaborative opportunity for instructors to build skills and have time and space to design, or substantially revise, their courses for online or hybrid delivery. This institute consists of four 75-min sessions, held on January 4, 6, 11, and 13 from 9-10:15 a.m. An optional 30-minute conversation for sharing large-enrollment course teaching tips follow each synchronous session. Proceed with your course redesign then complete the Self-Review Evaluation Tool and submit it to CELT by February 3. Instructors who complete all stages on time will receive a $500 professional development stipend. Registration is limited and due by Nov. 1.
