Basil Nikolau, a professor of biochemistry, biophysics, and molecular biology and Margaret Ellen White Graduate Faculty Award honoree, will discuss innovative ways to help graduate students. Nikolau will share how the diverse interdisciplinary team in the Center for Biorenewable Chemicals inspires curiosity, drive, and flexibility in graduate students, helping them overcome fear, take on responsibility, and communicate effectively.
