Enhanced Zoom webinar security features offer more oversight by meeting host: Zoom recently made changes to enhance security options for all users. Users with the latest version of Zoom will now see a security icon when hosting a meeting. This allows the host to allow or disallow sharing, chat, waiting room, and other features. In addition, all new Zoom meeting rooms will default with a random password; Iowa State University recommends that organizers add a password to all previously-set meetings.
