KPCC radio features Iowa State University nutrition research: KPCC, a public radio station based in Pasadena, California, featured Iowa State University research in a segment and accompanying article. The study, led by Wendy White, an associate professor in food science and human nutrition, showed that adding oil to salad can help the absorption of eight fat-soluble nutrients from salad vegetables. White is also the Charlotte E. Roderuck Faculty Fellow in food science and human nutrition.
