Stephanie Clark, a professor in food science and human nutrition, received the American Cheese Society’s Above and Beyond at the American Cheese Society Conference in Pittsburg on July 26. The award is for Clark’s exceptional service to the organization through her contribution to the development and publishing of the American Cheese Society Lexicon and Glossary.
