Submit a proposal by Oct. 30 for the Microsoft Community Impact Pitch-Off, address challenges in the community, and win cash prizes: Microsoft is partnering with Net Impact for the Microsoft Community Impact Pitch-Off, a pilot program based in West Des Moines where teams pitch ideas that address community issues. Winning teams will be awarded $1,000 in prize money and $5,000 to implement their plan. Undergraduate students, graduate students, and professionals may apply, and proposals may be submitted by groups or individuals. Pitch presentations may be presented by teams of 2-5 people.
