Responsibilities

Recipe development and testing. Also researching food trends and menus, as well as developing potential menu concepts for different events such as pizza expo, RCA conference and IFT conference. Other tasks I was responsible for was conducting internet research, assisting with social media and web traffic building activity and developing brief business communications.

Accomplishments

Creating five different trendy pizza recipes that I then got to present at the International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas.

What advice would you give?

Be eager to learn and show enthusiasm in the work you do. Also network network network it's a small world.
