I worked a food truck and cooked food on the food truck while traveling to many different cities around the US. I also developed my own recipe booklet with Emmi Roth's cheeses.

I accomplished...
I developed an entire recipe booklet by myself.

My most valuable effort...
Working on the recipe booklet helped me to develop responsibility and helped to develop a creative mindset.

I learned...
At some point we might run out of an ingredient on the truck so we would have to wing it and make something else with the ingredients that we have. I learned that you must always be prepared to come up with something new at any given time.

I will never forget...
I loved San Antonio, Texas. It was absolutely gorgeous!

Advice for others...
I advise getting work experience in a kitchen as soon as you can because internships really want you to know the basics of a kitchen.
