While most of what I did was quality, I also was able to work in product development, plant operations, contracting, IT, and more.
I learned the most about food safety and quality assurance practices, specifically hazard analysis and critical control points or HACCP, safe quality food or SQF, and standard sanitation operating procedures or SSOPs.
A huge professional skill that I developed here is communication. From professional communication to technical communication to voicing my opinions. I would use this skill everyday and I will continue to use this skill everyday while in school and afterwards.
