Wine Microbiology workshop

Attend the Wine Microbiology workshop presented by the Midwest Grape and Wine Industry Institute, designed for Midwest winemakers. Open to anyone with an interest in wine production or microbiology, this two-day workshop will include hands-on demonstration of basic microscope use, plus instruction on winery sanitation, wine faults, promoting healthy fermentation, and implementing a monitoring program in small wineries.
