Hospitality management student entrepreneur and Culinary Food Science Club part of Local Food Festival

Mia Nichols, a senior majoring in hospitality management, started her crepe food truck through the CyStarters program and now showcases it at events like the Local Food Festival. The Culinary Food Science Club was also on hand passing out samples and showcasing local foods.
