I was responsible for prepping different foods, plating foods, and working as a team in a kitchen environment.

It was a lot of hard work and at the end of the internship I felt very accomplished to have worked so much and learned so much about cooking.

I will never forget...
The most memorable experience I have from the internship is learning how three different kitchens operate. I was able to work in a pastry kitchen, a fine dining kitchen, and a banquet kitchen.

Advice for others...
I advice you to always speak up and let your supervisor know what you would like to do and learn. They will most likely say yes and teach you as much as they can.
