The Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition offers five undergraduate majors for bachelor of science (B.S.) degrees and two combined undergraduate and graduate programs to earn concurrent bachelor of science and master of science (B.S. and M.S.) degrees. Each major is listed below. Additionally, a concurrent food science B.S. and M.B.A. program is available.
